When I'm plucking a 613 the knots seem resistant. The hair snaps off but the knot is still on the lace. The hair is thinner but the lace is still dense. What can I do differently?

Ive been with them for 3 years, didnt really have issues. I did notice the quality decline over thr years but because of hpw risky it is to buy hair, i gambled. I finally got my first bad batch and asked them about it. They thanked me for being a customer, then blocked me. I couldnt believe it.

3:03 if it’s human, the stiffness probably just means you’re supposed to wash it often, like human hair. My natural hair gets really stiff too after two weeks no wash 😅
